1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Riad Sukún, ("the Organizer"), +(212) 7011 401 69, info@riadsukun.com, which is also the prize provider. The giveaway is run in collaboration with @alinaaachristin as a paid partnership.

2. Entry period
The giveaway opens on 21 October 2026, 12:01 AM GMT to 4 November 2026, 11:59 PM GMT Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and residents of a European Union member state (excluding Italy), the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United States. Employees of the Organizer, the property managers, @alinaaachristin, and anyone else involved in the collaboration, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.

4. How to enter
To enter, participants must (1) follow both @riadsukun and @alinaaachristin, and (2) comment on the giveaway post explaining why they would love to stay at Riad Sukún.  Each participant may enter only once. Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning. Comments that are offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the giveaway may be excluded.

5. Prize
The prize is a two-night stay at Riad Sukún, near Essaouira, Morocco, for up to 3 guests.The prize stay is valid only during the following periods, subject to availability and dates agreed in advance with Dar Sukūn:

● 1 November–14 December 2026

● 17 March–1 May 2027

● 1 November–14 December 2027

● 17 March–1 May 2028

 

All dates are based on local time in Morocco.

The prize does not include meals (including breakfast), flights, transfers, travel insurance, visa costs, or any other expenses. The winner is responsible for meeting any entry and visa requirements for Morocco. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if unused within the stated periods.

6. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries within 7 days after the entry period closes. The winner will be contacted exclusively via direct message from @riadsukun. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. The Organizer will never ask participants for payment, passwords or bank details.

7. Guest screening
To receive the prize, the winner must complete a guest screening and damage protection through Truvi, facilitated by the property managers of Riad Sukún. If the winner does not complete or does not pass the screening, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

8. Data privacy
The Organizer is the data controller for this giveaway. To run the giveaway, the Organizer processes participants' Instagram usernames and comments. The winner's name, contact details and any information needed for the booking will be shared with the property managers and Truvi solely to arrange the stay. Data is processed on the basis of participation in the giveaway (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and will not be used for marketing or passed on to other third parties. All data will be deleted once the giveaway has been completed, including the prize stay, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Participants may request access to, correction or deletion of their data at any time by contacting. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Liability
The Organizer is solely responsible for providing the prize. The prize is valid only for stays during the specified period, subject to availability. If the stay cannot take place for reasons within the Organizer’s control or at the property, the Organizer will offer alternative available dates within that same period. @alinaaachristin acts solely as a promotional partner and is not responsible for the prize or its fulfillment

10. General
The Organizer reserves the right to end or modify the giveaway if it cannot be carried out as planned for technical or legal reasons. Participants who breach these terms or manipulate the giveaway may be excluded. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, and Instagram is fully released from any liability by each participant.

11. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
